Was made to wait at the counter to order for over 9 minutes because they were trying to “catch up” from drive through (when I was walking in I saw 4 cars in the drive through line, doesn’t seem like too much).
Got to listen to employees communicate, seems like they were overwhelmed and stressed.
The only guy that seemed to stay calm and have a smile is the guy on the fry station.
Took another 14 minutes to get my food after I sat down.
Fries were not salted (they said they ran out of fry salt).
A few tables in the lobby were not wiped…

I never ever do reviews!! This is my first review ever!! I went this morning to get me spicy chicken meal and 2 taquitos! Mid day I had finished my Dr Pepper wanted some left over ice open the lid to get some ice and the drink had mold in it! I would like corporate to please reach out to me this is very disgusting!

I went on 6/10 around 9:30pm.
it took about 20 minutes to take my order and then 20 minutes to receive my order.
When I received my order, I received a RAW sandwich and with pickles after asking for NO pickles and my fries were old.
I thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh at least, but I was wrong.
I reached out, but no one has responded.
