I enjoyed my short visit to this establishment.The gentleman that fixed my sandwich was engaging and friendly.I didn't mind that he didn't have his nose covered with his mask because Subway was around before Covid and masks so even if he didn't have one on I wouldn't have been tripping.I ordered the chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese and I really enjoyed the sandwich.When I get a hankering for another I'll be back
i had a mobile order where i specified that i wanted double protein, i even double checked w the sandwhich maker to verify that it was a double.when i get home i realized that i only got a single serving of protein.what is the point of paying extra when youâll get the same amount of protein as you would at regular price? i track my macros very closely and this is not okay 1/10
Zoom in on. this âfreshâ selection of meats! Those pans have not seen soap in quite awhile.But hey! What about the service? I was greeted by an employee texting on her phone the whole time and making herself a bite to eat.I asked her if they still had meatballs (Iâve learned to ask this ahead of time at any subway since they all seem to run out by 6pm) but I was in luck! She informed me that they DID have meatballs but unfortunately she was on her break.She walks away leaving a new and poorly trained employee struggling to ring another customer up.I felt bad for her- you could tell she had no clue how to run the register.Employees perform better when actually trained.Time passed.Then more time passed.A THIRD employee emerges from the back ( so two employees they could not have been bothered to help the new one) I request my meatball sub just to hear âWe ainât got no meatballsâ I replied that I had been waiting there because I was told that they INDEED DID HAVE THEM.She won the conversation though by stating that the other employee âdidnât know what she was talking about (not the new employee- Iâm referencing the one on her phone the whole time) That place is filthy and ran poorly- whoever owns this franchise should be ASHAMED of themselves.I havenât left a review ANYWHERE in 2 years.But Subway completely deserved the attention.No wonder the entire company is in financial trouble.Years ago they were on top, now theyâre just a dumpster fire.
