Really enjoyed myself here. The service was excellent, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was great, loved the gluten-free options.
I love mama’s pizza but every time i go to this location on a weekday for buffet there is never any fresh pizza out. This is my third time coming on my hour lunch break and i never get my moneys worth on the buffet, i usually have to leave bc my lunch break is over and i don’t even get to eat much.I try to give it a chance just to see if it was just a bad day but this is the third time. I used to work at a pizza place thaat had buffet and we made sure to keep the pizzas fresh and do a couple pepperonis, cheese, pepp and jalepeno, veggge, and a meet lover.Especially pepperoni bc that mostly everyone’s go to.When i went today, there was a pepperoni pizza with four slices, a meat lover, and two others that i didn’t care for and it looked like no other customers had touched bc they were probably looking out for fresh pizzas.I asked the cashier as sooon as she rang me up if they could put a fresh pepperoni out and she said “i think it should be coming out” we waited 10 min and nothing but the salad kept getting stocked.Once the cashier walked to the salad bar, I asked her if they’re putting more pizzas and she said “i think they were supposed to let me go check.” At this time there were more customers coming in and all they can go to was the salad. If we wanted to go eat a salad, we would’ve went to a salad Buffett.ONE Pepperoni pizza was finally added 30 min after we had gotten seated.Once it was placed out there a few people lined up to get some fresh pizza, but by that time the pizza was almost already gone that they had just put out there.I’m just writing this to say You know that lunchtime is from 12 to one for most businesses then why not keep it stocked and fresh because some people are there for a quick bite to eat especially if they’re coming on their lunch break and need something quick.
I was so excited to get out and go have a fresh hot mama’s pizza.Waited 20 minutes. They were not even busy the managers there and all the young people that are working there are walking around talking and all their phones. Apparently, the girl said she called my name three times and they were not busy And I did not hear her so they bought up my pizza so it sat there for 10 minutes for us to wait to get up and check on the pizza Then they said they would take it out of the box and put it back on the tray and give it to me by that time I was pretty upset and just wanted a refund Sad to say, this mama’s pizza has gone down and you know it’s the managers fault he should’ve did a better job keeping up with his orders and his crew I will have to take the long trip to the mamas Pizza in Burleson.Next time I hear they are an amazing establishment and worth the drive.
