Souper Salad is an absolute gem in Lubbock! 🌟

I visited recently, and the freshness of the salad bar blew me away - so many toppings to choose from! The soup selection was equally impressive; I loved the hearty potato soup.

Our server, Leticia, was warm and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere felt perfect for families, and the place was bustling yet well-managed.

Though I'd love to see more Southern-style mac and cheese in the future, the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend for a quick, healthy bite! 🍽️
