Sheng Ramen in Ballantyne is an absolute gem for ramen lovers! 🍜 I had the tonkotsu ramen with extra chili paste - it was rich, flavorful, and definitely a hit. The noodles were perfectly chewy!

The cozy vibe and friendly staff made our first visit unforgettable. We also tried the gyozas, which were a great addition. Just a heads up, the restaurant had a slight gas smell, but it didn’t overshadow the delicious food.

Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend for a comforting bowl of ramen! 🌟
