The food was just excellent.
The service was great.
Overall great South Indian fare.
All the dishes we ordered were freshly made with fresh ingredients and tasted great.
The menu was not overwhelming so it was easy to order.
Highly recommended if you are in the area.

The ambiance was simply beautiful, with traditional brass utensils and cutlery adding to the authenticity.

Newly opened place in Silver Creek area of San Jose, we decided to give it a try due to the good reviews but we were disappointed.
We went on Friday at 6 pm & got the table as there was no wait.
We ordered paneer tikka masala, chapati & vegetarian Hyderabadi dum biryani.
It took about 20 mins for the curry and chapati to arrive.
We asked them to make the curry medium spicy but it turned out to be sweet, the curry was really watery and the quantity was very low.
Chapati was not fresh at all.
After that, we suddenly saw a lot of people coming in, the place got super crowded and they were struggling to manage the orders.
We asked 5 times about biryani and it arrived at 7:50 pm, just imagine how long we had to wait, one of the servers told us that they had to pause the DoorDash orders to accommodate food for people in restaurant.
Biryani was okay not the best, felt like we were consuming a lot of garam masala, we couldn’t eat without raita, it was very spicy.
They are understaffed to accommodate this much people, we will not be coming back here and I don’t recommend it either.
I understand they have just opened so hopefully they will get better with time.
