PHO ENJOY is a delightful gem on Monterey Road! 🍜 I visited on a rainy day and went for the veggie pho with beef broth, calamari, and the ever-so-delicious coconut prawns. The flavors were warm and comforting, just what I needed!

The staff here is truly amazing. They know their regulars by heart and make everyone feel like family. Even though it was a weekday lunchtime and not too busy, the service was incredibly fast and friendly.

I also tried the summer rolls - though I wished for more veggies inside, they were still a nice addition. The pho was flavorful, with perfectly separated noodles, and generous portions! Great prices, casual atmosphere, and
