Carnitas Michoacan in San Jose is a delightful surprise! 🌟 While I initially thought it was just a carnitas joint, their carne asada is outstanding - definitely a must-try. I ordered three and left completely satisfied!

The atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for solo dining or groups. I also loved their tres leches cake; it was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal. My only suggestion would be a self-serve salsa bar to really amp up the flavor options. I can’t wait to return! 😊🥳
