I recently dined at Holder's Country Inn and I must say, it's a delightful breakfast spot in San Jose! 😋 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. I tried their Eggs Benedict and while it wasn't my favorite (the tomato was a bit raw), the chicken cream pasta was surprisingly good!
Don't skip dessert - I got the carrot cake to go, and it was heavenly. They also offer fantastic Swedish Pancakes and a wide range of mimosas. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a casual brunch with great coffee and friendly service. I’ll be back to explore more of the menu! 🍽️🥂
