Phở Wagon is a delightful hidden gem in San Jose! 🌟 The clean, bright atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for families or a casual solo meal. I ordered the large special combo pho, and wow - the beef was tender and the broth had a rich, deep flavor, setting it apart from other places.

While the crispy shrimp egg rolls could’ve been hotter, the overall experience was lovely. With fast service - my meal took only about 5 minutes - and a nice selection of teas, I can't wait to return and try the pad thai! Just a heads up: they seem to close for dine-in earlier than advertised. 🍜
