Sushi Koya is our family's go-to spot for sushi in San Jose! 🍣 The atmosphere is casual and cozy, making it perfect for both lunch and dinner.

I tried the Super California and Mr. Unagi rolls, and while they were fresh, I found the unagi sauce a bit different from what I'm used to. The soft shell crab had a nice crunch but could use a bit more flavor.

Service was commendable - our waitress was friendly and attentive, and we even enjoyed free miso soup to start!

Overall, I'll definitely return for those delightful deep-fried rolls and the quick service! 👍
