*Encanto Restaurant Bar* has a vibrant atmosphere that blends dining with a trendy nightclub vibe! 🌟 We visited for dinner, and while the food was impressive, there were a couple of hiccups. The ceviche trio was a standout, bursting with flavor, although some more salt wouldn’t hurt. We also shared the fried calamari, which was delicious!

The servers were friendly, but they could use a little more training on the drink menu. 💧 Small water glasses required multiple requests for refills.

Overall, the decor is stylish and Instagram-ready. I’m excited to return to try their signature cocktails! 🍹
