I visited Rubirosa for the first time and was blown away! The tie dye pizza stole the show, but the hot honey pizza was equally fantastic. Great service and the calamari was a must-try! Can't wait to return for more deliciousness...!

The Tie Dye pizza is the real star - perfectly thin, with an explosion of flavors. We couldn't resist trying the rich lasagna and delightful ravioli, both cooked to perfection.
The ambiance is cozy, making it ideal for a casual night out. Even better, they have a gluten-free menu that doesn't skimp on quality; I loved my half Tie Dye, half Supreme! Don't forget to grab a jar of their pasta sauce to take home. Can't wait for round two!

Rubirosa is a delightful find in NYC! 🌟 The cozy, old-school pizzeria vibe makes for an inviting atmosphere.
We indulged in the famous Tie Dye pizza - definitely worth the hype! The thin crust was perfectly crisp, and the flavors were divine. I appreciated the option for half-toppings, allowing us to sample a tight combination. We also had the lasagna, rich in flavor, and a refreshing arugula salad.
To finish, we shared the bread pudding, which was just okay, but overall, the experience was fantastic. Can’t wait to return for more! 🍕✨
