Italian restaurant, Pizza restaurant
We loved this cute neighborhood spot. It’s quite affordable considering it’s in SoHo and it’s perfect for a weeknight casual date.We tried their seafood pastas and they were great. The portions are big, so we didn’t need an appetizer. The vibe of the spot was also great. The only thing I’d change is the wine list, it didn’t feel comprehensive enough to support their menu, so if you are planning on getting wine that pairs well with your food, that may not be the place for you.
Nice food, but this isn’t authentic Italian food at all.The pizza was way too doughy and thick. The pasta was alright, good sauce, the soup was good - however, coming from Italy, this place is not really worth the hype in my opinion if you’re looking for authentic food.Plus, the tables were so small to even fit more than two plates.
Appetizer (grilled octopuses & mussels with bread)were awesome and great portion.Tiramisu also pretty good. But their seafood pasta was just ok.Canned sea food in pasta and too plain or basically no taste and sauce. Can’t taste the garlic & white wine sauce at all.20% tips min.
