I LOVE coming here and have been coming for years.
It’s a small family-owned business with great service and great food.
The food is always amazing and I always leave happy (and full). The spicy miso ramen is delicious! I think they use gochujang for the “spicy” part though I’m not 100% sure, but for me it makes the ramen taste extra special and it gives it a Korean-Japanese fusion feel.
It’s my sister’s favorite ramen in Charlotte, and we’ve been to ~10-15 ramen spots in the area.
Definitely in my Top 3 Ramen for Charlotte :) Their fried chicken is sooo so good.
Definitely my favorite spot in Charlotte to get KFC (Korean Fried Chicken).
My favorite kfc is the sweet & spicy garlic with the pickled radish.
This may be a ramen bar, but it is THE spot for kfc.
It’s not super crunchy like some other places, but the flavor is unmatched 😍 If you haven’t come by yet, you need to!! It’s also a perfect date spot because it’s right next to a movie theater - great for a meal before or after a movie!

Such a cool place! I absolutely love this place every time I come here.
The food has so much flavor, you cannot find better than this place in Charlotte and I'm a native! They have older manga on the walls and play lofi music which is so cool and relaxing.

The whole family loves it.
Edamame is a hit.
We order the Miso with just meat, egg and noodles for one of the kids and the others have Miso how it comes.
Spicy Miso is great for adults. They really nail the texture in the noodles.
Broth is excellent.
Pork is great.
Eggs are awesome.
So I guess all of the ingredients are great. The picture is regular Miso.
