This is by far the WORST Popeyes I have been to!! They are blatantly disrespectful and rude! Today has probably just been my last day to give them service.
I ordered a 3 piece chicken with red beans and rice also a Mac and cheese my rice isn’t even cooked all the way! And Mac and cheese is greasy yet looks like it’s been sitting all day? That is just plain wrong in all ways and let’s not speak about customer service!! They are just plain nasty!! When you call they don’t even answer the phone!!

I had a takeout order the chicken was fresh and tasty.
However, My red beans and rice was cold and my tea was watered down.
It tastes like sweet water.
I couldn't even drink it.
I was so mad I brought the tea back to the restaurant and the staff, including their manager had the nerve to give me a hard time about replacing the drink.
The staff is very unprofessional and uninviting.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce.
I was given a classic sandwich with spicy sauce on top of mayo.
When I brought the sandwich back, I was told to come back the next day.
It was 40 minutes before closing, but they said they couldn't make a new sandwich and were closing at that time.
When I was originally ordering, the person taking my order yawned extremely loud over the drive-thru speaker before asking if he could help me.
I tried to call the location before going back up there just to get a recording saying that the phone number could not take messages.
I have had many problems at this location, but being from New Orleans, this is the chicken that I grew up on.
I have filed many complaints with the franchise owner and I am just ignored.
