Dear Customers- if you're going to order for an entire family, don't go through the drive-thru! It's really inconsiderate to other customers and puts added pressure on the staff.
It's just common sense.
Go inside, or call ahead.
This is the sole reason for long wait times. With that being said, this location is great.
Staff is always friendly, orders accurate and they move as fast as they can.

The clerk was extremely rude.
I ordered my food as always.
The big double cookout style was extremely dry.
I had asked for cheese and was not given nor charged for it.
The fries were warm not hot the onion rings were as expected.
The Coke Zero was as good as Chick-fil-A! When I was done I went back up to register to ask for a refill.
I waited for her to get done stirring the sweet tea.
She acted like I was interrupting her. I asked her for a refill and she ordered me to set it down.
I had already removed lid and straw. I told her never mind it was obviously a inconvenience for her.
I threw my cup away and left! I spent $10 on a cookout tray I was not mean to her and realize what people in food service go through.
This is no way to treat a customer

You always receive great service at this Cook Out location.
The food tastes fresh and I love how the prices are so reasonable.
I always order inside so I cannot rate how well or fast the drive-through operates.
