I recently discovered Redwing Cafe and it quickly became a favorite! 🌱 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual brunch. I indulged in the vegetarian biscuits and gravy, and wow, it was hearty and comforting! My friend had the tofu scramble; seasoned to perfection!

Anthony, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made sure to accommodate our preferences. The coffee and dessert options are fantastic - definitely don’t miss out on the fresh muffins! 🧁 Can't wait to return and explore more of the menu... what a gem in Seattle!
