QDOBA Mexican Eats

We have now tried to order from here twice for business meetings and have had it cancelled with no notice. The first time was a catering order placed a week prior only for it to be cancelled 10 minutes prior to needing to be picked up. Today it was 7 bowls and the order was cancelled without us ever being informed.
We showed up only to be told the order was cancelled and they would now allow us to re-place it to still get our food. The food is great but the service and lack of solutions when an issue is brought up is pitiful.

The app sent me a notice that I have some type of a reward I've never been to this exact location so I thought I would try it since I'm in the area right off the bat and felt funny that atmosphere was really not my scene I don't know how to explain it I just didn't feel the vibe there got me that new steak line thing it was OK with the nachos on the side that gave me this little kid's portion I don't know what's going on with that every time I get nachos that up you do but they always give me a huge bag enough to Take home for the week so not happy with this place 1 bit will not be coming back to this location I will add the picture to show you my proof but they're not a big fan of this exact location I try to look for another location in Boulder but nothing else is available

Called for assistance and was hung up on.
Do not recommend.
*4/28 ordered food for friend and they got onions on their food.
They have a mild allergy to them so they ordered from a different restaurant.
Not sure what is going on with this store.
Just glad my friend isn't deathly allergic.
That could've been worse than just an irritation on their hands.
