AOI Sushi & Izakaya is quickly becoming my go-to spot in Boulder! The freshness of the fish truly shines through. I especially loved the Dougie Fresh roll - unique and packed with flavor. The atmosphere strikes a cozy yet trendy vibe, making it perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out.

The staff is friendly, and I appreciated the fast service. Reservations are a must as it gets busy! Can't wait to return for another delicious meal. 🍣
