Los Dos Bros Food Truck is a delightful find in Boulder! I stopped by for lunch and grabbed a few tacos; the al pastor was simply divine, tender and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes are impressive and incredibly affordable! Plus, the casual outdoor seating made it perfect for a sunny afternoon. I also had the torta mixta, which was enormous and packed with fresh ingredients. If you’re in the area, definitely check them out; you won't regret it! 🌮
