La Mariposa Restaurant & Margarita House has some redeeming qualities, especially during their happy hour from 3-6 PM. The margaritas at just $6 are a steal! I tried the nachos topped with unique carrots, adding a fun twist. Unfortunately, they missed the guac and sour cream, but it didn't ruin the experience for me. The atmosphere felt a bit worn, and my server was friendly yet a little slow. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, but improvements in service could enhance the experience... 🌮
