Shake Shack Boulder never disappoints when it comes to a quick bite! I recently indulged in the famed chicken sandwich, and it was incredibly satisfying with a crispy coating. The fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned, too.

I particularly enjoyed their gluten-free bun, which held up nicely and didn’t get soggy. The vibrant outdoor seating adds a nice ambiance, making it a great spot to unwind, especially after a hike. Definitely planning to try their burgers next time... 🍔
