7/17/22- About average for a Panera.Over priced food for the amount they give you.The new limonades are good though.The strawberry one was week, but the mango was really good.They also had a sign up that they accept service dogs, but not emotional support animals.I don't have either, but this shows that they do not understand disabilities or mental health.This makes this place not ADA friendly and shows that they discrimate against people with special needs.Please do not go to this location until they stop discriminating against people with special needs.I only saw the sign as I left or I would not have spent money there.
Formerly Boulder regular...now irregular Chicken noodle excellent served in half full bowl with side bread now half portion. Store turns blind eye to homeless. Smelled arrival taking booth for 4. Fills coffee cup out of garbage making sure to use cup sleeve. Takes hot water for Ramen soup. Uses microwave to cook whatever not Panera. Finishes off with unknown brand of chips. Helps self to complimentary disposables. Day before: Another lost but savey customer. Of course booth for 4 so could put his filthy shoes on opposite seat. Plugs in extensive electronics. Takes Panera cup for free water. This really good...takes packaged loaf bread & some sandwich meat out of travel gear to make sandwich. I know nothing. I understand nothing
Stopped in for a quick delightful cup of coffee and the representative Drew was not only observant of my presence and very helpful, but he was very personable as well. His uplifting attitude really transformed my morning and made it that much better. More establishments need employees like Drew. The coffee came second, as the customer service was top notch, something that's been lost in this ea. Thank you Drew and thank you Panera for cranking out delicious coffee.
