The flavors are good, not overwhelmingly delicious or mouth watering.
The meat is tender, and well cooked, but I am underwhelmed with the seasoning; was anticipating something more bold and spicy. We placed our order, walked to the lounge area and waited 27 minutes without receiving a text - walked back into the restaurant and our food had not been prepared.
No service person was inherently rude; however, they did seem carried away in conversation which I believe contributed to a prolonged wait time.
After an additional 10 minutes our food was given to us to-go.
Our drive home is exactly 8 minutes, but the food was barely warm.
Maybe a packaging issue?? For the price, we anticipated a bit more protein- the rice and veggies are portioned well, but the beef/chicken ratio lacked.
We were very excited to try this food, but overall we’re not entirely pleased with the service or the food. I think this would be a safe place to stop if you’re wanting food that’s fresh & healthy and gingerly seasoned.
BUT if you are a self proclaimed foodie, like myself, craving new and exciting flavors this spot is not for you. I have no urge to try this place again within the near future - if they’re still available at Budd Dairy within the next year or so maybe I’d be willing to try again.
This spot will not be added to my rotation of restaurants to treat myself with.

The service and place were great.
Salmon and veggies tasted fresh with sushi sauce.
It is reasonable that fresh seafood may cost more but its price may be a little high and the portion may not be enough for a hungry adult man.

Prices are ridiculous for poke.
I could have had two fried chicken sandwiches for the same price! The poke was good but portions for the price was ridiculous.
It's not much better than mall food court poke but half the fish.
