Honestly just a really disappointing experience.Ordered for pick up and the food wasnât ready until 55 minutes past the order pick up time.I realize food service can be difficult with matching order times but to get there at the order pick up time and then wait for an hour was honestly ridiculous.Furthermore, we ordered through Uber pickup and the app was left on order ready status for a long time.When I asked about this, they said it probably means itâs ready in the kitchen but not bagged and ready yet.It stayed on this screen for 15 minutes.Honestly would never go back after such an underwhelming experience.For context we ordered our food over an hour and a half before we got it.

I donât normally write reviews but for the price I am EXTREMELY disappointed.We ordered two hours before close, so I understand that there might be some irritation there but there is no excuse for how disappointing and gross our food was. We ordered a custom bowl, Nutella chia seed pudding, and cauliflower wings.The bowl was missing two ingredients, the rice was hard, there was no sauce when I ordered extra, the egg wasnât cooked all the way, and I received onions when Iâm allergic (itâs mild allergy still not a welcome sight).The cauliflower wings were cauliflower with little to no breading and sauce.The pudding was the wrong kind: we received banana after not ordering that.My roommate (who the pudding was for) cannot eat high potassium foods due to her medication. Our order came to around $46 in total including tip and delivery fees.For what we received this is such an insane price and I am really disappointed that a restaurant that specializes in healthy food for restricted diets would give us wrong items at the possibility of allergic reactions to them.I understand our allergies and prescriptions arenât super common but as someone who works in food you should NEVER substitute an item for another without customer confirmation.If we had received ANY contact from the store before we got our order quite a few of these issues wouldnât have happened.I hope this place improves but I will not be returning any time soon.
Legitimately the most disgusting âchickenâ Iâve ever been served anywhere.Itâs inedible, and honestly, I donât even really believe this is chicken.You couldnât pay me to eat here again.
