Ordered a grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup.
Apparently they think it’s acceptable to prepare grilled cheese by taking two slices of bread putting cheese in the middle, wrapping it in wax paper and putting it in the microwave.
The bread shows absolutely no signs of being toasted and is chewy and hard.
The obvious result of having been microwaved instead of being toasted.Which is also evidenced by the hard burnt cheese, nearly gluing it to the paper.
It was disgusting and inedible, and probably the worst thing I’ve ever been served by a restaurant.
I literally can’t even comprehend how they thought it would be ok to serve such trash.
Whoever prepared this should be forced to eat it themselves.

Put in a rapid pickup order at 6am.
Rapid advertises that you can skip the line...However that was not the case this morning.
I watched about 11 people that were at the bottom of the list when I walked in move in front of me Usually this has never happened before as I frequently order Panera every week.
Not anymore for a while.
A 20 min wait is unacceptable.
Yesterday I ordered a rapid and i got the wrong order.
Due to so many issues this week, will not be going for a while.

It is a joke charging $12 for the quantity of food that you get.
A scoop of chicken and a bag of chips for $12, lol.
Subway is far better, way tastier and also has more options, in my opinion.
It's surprising the store is still running with very few people coming in.
