Po' Shines Cafe De La Soul is a cozy gem that truly captures the essence of soul food! 🍽️

I visited for breakfast and indulged in the chicken and corn waffle, which was hands down the best I've ever had - crispy, flavorful, and perfectly sweet! My partner enjoyed the fried catfish basket, which he found to be well-seasoned and delicious, especially paired with the hush puppies.

The cheerful staff made us feel right at home, and the atmosphere is inviting and historic. Don’t leave without trying their dessert; we took home a cupcake that vanished instantly! 🍰
