Great food, and the service is SUPER cool.They legit have 2 or 3 robot servers.The employees put the food on the robot's shelves and it actually comes to your table.First time I've ever seen a restaurant use this before, it was so cool.Anyways, the service is good and there's plenty of seating here.The pho is great, and the spring rolls are really crunchy.Robots were the highlight of the meal.Keep in mind that around 30 minutes before closing, they will tell customers they cannot dine in and that you can only do takeout.
Let me start off by saying that I hate leaving reviews less than 5 stars, especially for Vietnamese-owned businesses (as a Vietnamese person).But tonight our table of 12 had such a disappointing experience it had to be said. 1.hair on the table upon arrival? 2.2 people in our party ordered egg noodle stir fry, only to be told 10 minutes later they were out of egg noodle and needed to pick something else (keep inventory a little more accurately)? 3.Delivery of food was cool (with the robot) but then the dishes were handed out to the wrong people.We are a large group, I get it, but have not run into this issue at other Viet restaurants. 4.Pho Broth was particularly fatty 5.The air in the restaurant was hella humid and warm and stuffy :( 6.3% credit card fee 7.Garnishes (ie lime, Thai basil) was skimpy 8.Lag time between delivery of dishes across different party members (15 min discrepancy between first dish and last dish to arrive). 9.Staff didn’t offer any water refills :( Praise 1.Food was overall good and hot 2.Prices were fair 3.Staff were nice? Just clueless and CLEARLY overworked during a full house.They were trying their best given the circumstances but come on, business owners, hire more people and pay them what they deserve. 4.Double checked every dish in our order verbally before running back to the kitchen.The sucky part was HANDING the food out to the table
Made a to-go order and the order was completely wrong.So I called and explained what happened they told me that I need to come back and bring the food back because they will not do anything about it.And they I will not get anything for there mistake.When the order receipt says what the modification was for the order.Also what’s the use of the modification if it’s not followed.The guy who handled the situation was very rude and unprofessional in dealing with it.I told him I am that I am not going to drive back 15 minutes away for there mistake and his response was I can’t help you if you don’t bring it back.They told me they will call me back and never return a call back.Worst service and ever.I will not recommend this place or if you eat make sure you double check.Maybe I should call the health department because they don’t follow food allergies.
