We ran in tonight to grab some dinner, I haven’t been to a subway in quite some time.
The young man, Ethan, was helpful and did a good job making our sandwiches.
The Philly is so good! And the footlong cookie was perfectly crispy and soft! I will definitely be returning.

Placed an order online for a sandwich wrap.
The online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes.
Kind of long for a wrap, but no big deal.
After 20 minutes I was notified that my order was ready.
I showed up to the shop, and they aren't doing any business.
I'm the only one there.
I ask about my order and I'm told my order wasn't ready.
In fact, it wasn't even started.
Apparently they didn't hear the order come in? So I simply browsed my phone and waited around for them to make my wrap.
Upon getting back home and taking out the wrap I find that it's poorly folded in the shape of a square (see picture).
Really? We couldn't even get that part right? With all the places that make burritos around here, subway is apparently the only place that doesn't know how to fold a tortilla around food.
I'll spend my money somewhere else from now on.

I'd give ZERO S stars!! I spoke with someone who shouldn't be allowed on the phone! He's got the worst customer service! He is "Vahiv" Sydney! He's HORRIBLE! THEY GOT MY ORDER ALL WRONG! OVER $12 FOR A SANDWICH AND CAN'T EVEN GET WHAT I WANT.
When I called, he said the manager wouldn't call me back! UNBELIEVABLE! HE'D BE FIRED IN A HEARTBEAT! ALONG WITH THE MGR THAT WILL NOT MAKE THE TIME TO DO AMYTHING FOR THEIR U HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
