Flippin' Pizza is a solid spot for a quick bite in Carmel Mountain Ranch! 🍕 The made-to-order pizzas are fresh and delicious. I tried the pepperoni pizza, and it was perfectly crispy with generous cheese. The vibe is casual and family-friendly, making it a great lunch option after some shopping at the nearby Town Center.

The staff was friendly, even offered to make my slices extra crispy! While I’ve heard mixed reviews about service, my experience was positive. Would definitely return for a slice or two... or three! 😄
