Phileas Fogg's is a cozy gem in San Diego's Sabre Springs! The atmosphere is perfectly British, complete with floral tables and a subtle rose scent wafting through the air. I indulged in the classic fish and chips - big portions and beautifully crispy - though the tartar sauce could use a little love. The live music and diverse crowd added to the charm.

Service was friendly but a bit slow due to limited staff, yet the tasty cocktails made it worth the wait! Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to come back! 🍻
