Shiraz Persian Cuisine is a delightful find in Rancho Carmel!

The ambiance is cosy and perfect for a casual outing. I highly recommend starting with the mast moosir - it’s a refreshing appetizer! Their koobideh kabob, made with juicy lamb, is simply divine and has become my go-to dish.

The service is fast and friendly; you really feel welcomed here. If you're new to Persian food, don't hesitate - everything I've tried has been delicious. Plus, the complimentary belly dance show on Saturdays is a fun bonus! 🌟
