This is my second time here in couple of months.
It’s has an open kitchen and a fairly large seating area, they work hard to provide a restaurant like experience with fast food like speed.
It seemed slow for a Friday night with 4 tables occupied.
I get the vibe that it won’t survive the competition.
Hope they do.
Too many peanuts in my pad Thai

I recently ordered takeout from [Pei Wei], and I must say, it was a disappointing experience.
Not only did the order take an unreasonably long time to prepare, but when I finally received it, I was shocked by how few pieces of string beans were included.
It seemed like other customers who ordered after me got their food before I did, which was frustrating.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend dining in or ordering takeout from this establishment based on my experience."

The meat fabricator here has sloppy inaccurate cutting and slicing skills.
Meat pieces were way to thick to enjoy.
Meat is supposed to be the dimension of a sugar packet to exact measurements.
It's supposed to have a slight crisp outside and juicy soft core.
Each bite was too large to chew on.
These pieces looked like they were cut with a dull machete.
Too much gristle in every bite too.
This dish was supposed to be served with nice green onion pieces ontop.
My dish had minced green onions instead.
They ruined the #1 dish that they serve.
This is the 1st time I ever get a ruined Mongo dish.
Very disappointing.
Will not return here again.
It's too expensive to get trash at the end of the day.
