Loved biting into a ROTTEN apple! Staff is judgemental and 3rd time in a month something nasty happens here.Cold coffee just awful.😫 I love Panera but done with Fluer location.Super sucks
One of the most unprofessional Panera cafes I have visited.The 2 employees who were working in the lobby were constantly having loud personal conversations during my visit.Gossiping about their co-workers, etc.One had to tell the other to turn around & take my order after I was standing at the register. My sandwich was made in an odd order (slippery tomatoes next to bacon pieces) and the bacon was crumbled, so they kept falling out as I ate.
Food was average, pick 2 is a joke no discount, but a way for them to mislead you and get deeper in your pockets! The coffee was cold, asked them for fresh coffee which they said they would make! Asked again for fresh coffee, never happened! Unlikely will return to this location
