This is the worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever ordered food from.They take over an hour to deliver every time I’ve ever ordered from here.The employees also act like the have an attitude about being at work.Save your money.

Just went thru the drive thru and got back home 15 mins away with my turkey Tom.Opened the wrapper and it looked thinner than a slim sandwich.Got 2.5 veeery thin slices of turkey stretched over 2/3 of the bread with the remaining bread no meat at all.3 small slices of tomato and a little bit of lettuce.A small squirt of mayo all for nearly $9.There were many employees in there so not due to lack of staff.My first time at this location so I haven't decided if I'll just never go back to that location or if I'll never go back to Jimmy John's in general.I've also never left a bad review for anywhere until now.This was the Jimmy John's on Fleur Drive in Des Moines IA

Repeated my order 4 times.Screwed everything up.All 3 sandwiches were wrong.Went to get it corrected and they needed my receipt which they never gave me. Fleur Dr, Des Moines location.
