Panda Express on Lombard St. is a solid choice for a quick and affordable Chinese meal! 🍜 I've stopped by twice and, while the staff is incredibly friendly, the portion sizes have been a bit inconsistent. The Beijing beef wasn't as crispy as I hoped, but the Orange Chicken hit the spot!
