McDonald's

This is the worst experience of my life visiting McDonald's.
The workers are rude, behaving as if they were at home and not in their workplace.
Instead of working, they play on their phones, all while wearing work gloves, and then proceed to prepare food.
The bun on the Big Mac was mixed up, and instead of a large glass, they poured half a glass of coffee.
When I asked for a remake of the coffee, the employee grumbled and was indignant.
The order in the package was assembled upside down, and to add to the frustration, the toilet is closed to the public.
When I inquired why, the response was rude and incomprehensible.
Instead of addressing my question about the closed toilet directly, the employee simply walked past me, muttering something incomprehensible under her breath.
I believe the first step should be to replace their manager.
It's crucial for these employees to receive proper training in both work duties and client communication.
If they are unwilling to learn, then they should be dismissed.
In a word, this is the worst McDonald's service I've ever encountered.

BUT CAN BE A LITTLE OVERWHELMING DEPENDING ON YOUR MOOD...
THE LOCATION IS GREAT HEART OF UNION SQUARE, NEAR 4,5,6, N,R ,Q, AND W.
TRAINS , CLUBS BAR 13, ABOUT 3 MOVIE THEATERS, ABOUT 2 FITNESS GYMS EQUINOX AND PLANET FITNESS,... THE DOWNSTAIRS TO MCDONALD'S IS ALMOST ALWAYS CLOSED BUT I WOULD EAT HERE IF IM IN THE MOOD FOR MC DONALDS

Union square McDonald's...
McDonald's never seem to want to have their extra seating open in any location .This particular McDonald's was a little disorganized when I went the last time .
However, they're usually pretty prompt and friendly.
Food is usually fresh.
It was one of the first McDonald's in the area that had went through the remodeling there aren't as many homeless people coming into the establishment anymore.
However, they are constantly standing outside the door.
The bathroom is in the area of the restaurant where it's a little more controlled than other McDonald's so it's not as dirty as it could be.
If memory serves me right that was part of their remodel...
I don't know no quote me on that.
All in all, if you're going there with kids or with multiple people, it's sometimes hard to get a seat, especially when they have the downstairs seating and refuse to open it.
But if it's nice out, you can always grab your food to go and go sit in the park across the street.
