Tucked away on 2nd Ave, Frank is a cozy gem for Italian food lovers! 🌟 I visited with my sister and tried the penne à la vodka and the seared salmon - both dishes were incredible, particularly the salmon, juicy and bursting with flavor.
We paired our meal with a delightful espresso martini and finished with their light, creamy panna cotta, which was sublime. The outdoor seating is a great spot for lunch, and while it’s cash-only, there’s an ATM nearby.
Service was friendly and fast, making the whole experience seamless. Can’t wait to return! 🍷.
