I've been a long-time customer.But this morning will be my last time for a while I'm fed up with the lack of quality assurance from this place.It was not the first time or thing.I always just deal with it, but this morning, I'm saying that's it Both coffees are nealry pure carmel syrup, and no, I didn't request it. And I do not recommend this location to anyone anymore.
2nd time in less than a week that I’ve gotten food from here and it’s been prepared incorrectly.I would not recommend coming here.It’s worth it going over to the one off grand Ave even if it is a little out of the way.
Staff were short with us and didn't want to answer any questions.When the lady brought the food, she just slapped the tray down, sending fries flying everywhere, then walked off.My husband needed to grade some papers for the class he teaches while we eat but there were no available plugs for his laptop.Food was hot and fresh, and prepared correctly, but the facility was very messy.
