Went to the Zero street location.Ordered at the counter.The cashier was very pleasant and friendly.I ordered the 2 piece special to go.I received my order fairly quickly and left .When I arrived at the location where I was going to eat I opened the box and was very disappointed.The chicken didn't look, smell or taste like KFC.You could tell the oil hadn't been changed recently and was somewhat burned.I have cooked professionally and run a commercial kitchen and to change your fryer oil in a timely manner is essential, especially if it has gotten too hot.To refrain from doing this is just laziness.
I had a coupon for a pot pie for 499 that I want to use so I ordered it, but I don't think this isa pot pie
It was awful, over cooked, dry. Looks like it was cold and they put it in hot grease to warm it up.I love KFC but not at that location.So disappointed, it takes me about 45 minutes to get there, I live out in the country in Oklahoma and drive to, Salasaw, Arkansas
