The food is OK at best.
Its kind of pricey for a simple small burger.
They are slow as slow could be.
Even if you call your simple order in well in advance then get there and wait even longer on top of it.
And 5$ for a flat burger thin as a sheet of paper.
SMH I feel embarrassed I even went there.
That is seriously the last time I will go.
I have to pick up my shattered dignity after being railed that bad.
And paying extra for 1 thin slice of great value cheese on that flat bland burger no tomatoes no nothing.
And the tip jar plus tip on the iPad.
I can make better burgers in my sleep.
Step it up yellow umbrella, you only got business cuz teachers have no taste

Nice old time burger.
We prefer the mushroom Swiss at Patrick's if you're a mushroom Swiss burger type of person.
If not, the regular cheeseburger at the Yellow Umbrella might be the best in Ft Smith.
Good Food!

Great Old Fashioned hamburgers.
Outside seating only, but there is an awning over you.
Parking is a little limited but have never failed to be able to park.
Food is great, really good burgers and fries.
This is a very small place that you could easily pass right by.
If you are wanting a good old fashioned hamburger...nothing overly fancy.
This is a great place to eat!
