Are you freaking kidding me? $12 for half a sandwich? Is this Arby's shrinkflation? Update: Arby's asked me to contact them about the situation, which I did and have been ghosted ever since, I'm sure this won't be resolved as per usual.

Let me tell you when you go thru the drive thru and they something up and its pointed out to your face with facts..the general manager should never argue with a customer...she should not be a general manager...arguing with a customer over the phone and in the store...great general manager skills...
