Mama Sambusa Kitchen is a delightful East African gem in Seattle! 🌟 I pulled up around 1am, and the friendly lady behind the counter instantly made me feel at home. The Chicken Sambusa was my absolute favorite - crispy and bursting with flavor - but don’t skip the chicken tacos either!

I ordered the fettuccine with chicken and salmon, and the portions were huge! Everything felt fresh and hot, just like a late-night meal should be.

And that raspberry white chocolate cheesecake? Pure bliss! Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu... 🍰
