Luna Cafe Restaurant

Waitress took 15 minutes to even acknowledge the line of people waiting at the entrance to be seated.
Once seated the waitress did not introduce herself or apologize for the long wait.
Upon ordering my spouse had a question about the price listed for steak meal.
The waitress apologized we were giving the wrong menu’s.
So, please ask for a newer menu.
(They are the ones with the plastic sleeve.) We also had to ask for a glass of water, which was never refilled.
When food arrive it was was warm and correct.
Our waters were never refilled.
We had to find the waitress to ask for our check.

The food was good, I will give you that, also close to a lot of attractions, but the service was not on point.
After we were seated, the waiter left and didn’t offer anything, came back and offered coffee that never brought also the empty cups, another waiter noticed it and brought us coffee but we didn’t have any silverware so my husband had to take silverware from another table to use it for the sugar.
Finally came and we ordered our food, didn’t take that long for the food, but after that took forever to have the waiter attention.
Finally we had to leave and waited for the ticket for a while so we went to the cash register, we never saw any ticket, we were charged and paid but the amount sounded higher of what we ordered.
I should asked to see the ticket to make sure, that is on me.
We paid 47 dollars for 2 coffee, one scramble egg and another plate of 2 eggs and pancakes.

The food was all delicious!!! Service was quick and pleasantly nice.
Our order came out quickly and it was cooked to exact perfection.
The staff ran amazingly smooth and efficient.
I have nothing negative to say about our experience.
Very pleased. We ordered 2 eggs over easy with toast and a 3 egg omelet.
