I enjoyed a great meal and cold beer on my last night here on vacation from Sacramento, CA.
Everyone was really nice and it was a welcoming atmosphere.
I would have given a 5 star for service, but I observed something I took up with a member of staff that turned out to be the owner.
I feel there is no need to explain due to the owner immediately addressing and rectifying my issue.
The food was amazing, and I can't wait to visit again to give a few other things on the menu a try.

Cesar salad had way too much dressing and the grilled chicken was bone dry.
Kale salad was uninspiring.
Pretzel nugget appetizer was great.
Maybe if stick to barfood and would have had s better experience.

Great little pub just south of the Loop.
Was nice to be able to walk to the hotel from here.
Very high quality draft list with some solid local Midwest options.
Food menu is upscale pub grub with some good specials on certain days.
Had the Cubano with fries which was delicious.
Bartenders and the manager (I assume) were great.
Great spot to catch a game and enjoy a couple beers.
Would return often if I lived locally.
