I got this something diner burger and it was absolutely scrumptious.
I literally couldn’t finish it and needed silverware to cut it.
The egg was perfectly yolky and the fried pickles were so good.
There was also this kinda spicy sauce that gave it a good balance.
It also wasn’t too oily and neither were the fries.
The fries are good alone but perfect with ketchup.
I liked how you could put as much condiments as you wanted.
The iced tea was good but if you like sweet tea i recommend asking for sugar.
One thing that I personally didn’t like are the bathrooms.
One stall didn’t lock, one did lock but didn’t have toilet paper, and the other did have toilet paper but was covered in a black bag.
What stood out to me was that the waiters were really friendly and made sure you were satisfied.
There was this pretty girl with long lashes and she was really nice and basically predicted what we needed.
It was also affordable for the Chicago area.
I would def recommend this

Service was rough.
Our table had not been wiped down before we sat, there were no napkins, and I had to ask for more water twice before finally getting some.
Ended up stealing napkins from another table since our waiter disappeared for so long.
They are extremely short staffed, one waiter for a packed house, kind of wish they hadn't seated us when clearly they were over capacity for just the one server.
Food came out quick but waiting for our server in between took up over an hour, don't come here unless you have plenty of time to kill.
Burger was alright, patty was a little dry.
They put the patty on top of the lettuce so it had almost completely slid off when it reached our table (see pic below).
Cheese was rolled up and was also only on half the burger.
Will not come back.
Hire more servers!

The service here is so awful.
I feel bad for them, because there was one server managing all of the customers.
But if they know they're so short staffed, they shouldn't be seating the entire restaurant.
The table we were at wasn't cleaned off before we got there, so there were crumbs on the table.
It took us forever to order, forever to get our food, and even longer to get the check.
We asked for water and had to remind the server again after waiting 15 minutes.
We were also never given any napkins, and it was super hard to flag down our server to get some.
The music was also way too loud and was really obnoxious. The burgers themselves were just okay.
The patty wasn't super juicy.
I did appreciate how many toppings they offer.
Their chipotle aioli and sweet potato fries were really good.
Overall, if you want to order from here, place an order for pickup otherwise you'll be stuck inside for hours.
