Little ceasers as a company you need to get it together.
Upgrade your system.
You need a iPad for people to check in so your employees can make the pizzas for the people that are currently waiting.
Multiple times a name is called out that is not here and over ten people waiting over 30 minutes for their orders.
Your employees are busting their butts and dealing with crazy people.
Upgrade your system so your employees don’t get the heat.
Subway is constantly upgrading their system to make it easier on customers and their employees do better . And now I get home and bite into my cheese puffs and there’s pepperoni in every single one of them.
I don’t eat meat.
After waiting over 30 minutes for a pick up order for it to not even be correct.
WOW.
I want a full refund .

Closest place to me and i frequent there.
They drop the ball constantly on the quality but its little ceasers so i dint expect the best.
However, when i order online i expect fresh made pizza.
Today this store loaded my order in the portal in less than 8 min from when i ordered which told me it wasnt fresh it was left over.
I got there and my order was puffs, chesse pizza and crazy bread.
2 of the puffs werent even puffs they were like flatbread pizza.
Went in to complain maybe get a refund and the person at the front didnt care said thats how they are....got home and the crazy bread was dry as hell like they didnt put butter on it at all.
The chesse pizza was normal.for this area but def an older one...dont waste your time going here.

Do not waste your time with this store.
Placed an order on a Tuesday afternoon over an hour later and it still wasn’t ready.
The staff attempted to act like they never received it, until they were shown the order information.
The pizza was half cooked and most of the toppings were on the box.
Save yourself the time and dissatisfaction and order from literally anywhere else.
