Baja Fresh is finally open! We stopped by today to try out the service and it was pleasant.
All employees were friendly and the food tasted great; just like I remembered.
I love the interior design especially a dedicated order area.
Mango Salsa is back too!!! We’ll be back soon. 1st post: Baja Fresh will be opening its doors this Friday, September 29, 2023.
I had the opportunity to speak with one of their employees, who was incredibly friendly and provided me with all the exciting details.
The new location will feature the same extensive menu as the previous one, with the exciting addition of Mango Salsa! I am eagerly looking forward to my visit this Friday and will be sure to update my review accordingly. Update: They have pushed their soft launch to a few days. Update 2: The grand opening is Dec 11 - 17, 2023.
Their grand opening special will be $5 off $20 or more!

We went in excited to eat and I was super disappointed.
My chicken quesadilla barley had any cheese and a small amount of chicken only on the two inside pieces...
the Nashville chiken taco was terrible!! Again small piece of chicken mostly tortilla and no real heat.The flavor was missing? Salsa were ok ,hot salsa was definitely not hot.
Nachos were sub-par nothing special.
We sat and watched the manager eat a huge plate of nachos at the register.
When we asked about the enchiladas she said she didn't know if they are good instead of trying to sell the product.
We regretfully ended up spending 80 dollars.
My husband made a good point why did we tip when we serve ourselves they didn't even bring the food to the table.
We wont be back.

These have been disappearing across the valley.
Very happy to see a new one, and only 4 miles from my house.
The street corn was amazing.
Friendly and attentive workers.
Dining room and salsa bar were spotlessly clean.
