L'Alsacien Châtelet offers a delightful taste of Alsace right in Paris. The cozy atmosphere made for a perfect lunch setting, and I opted for the vegan flammkuchen topped with vegan bacon - absolutely delicious! The staff were quite accommodating, even modifying my dish to swap vegan cheese for crème fraîche without hesitation. The artisanal beers were a fantastic complement. While the service can be a bit rushed during busy hours, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit! 🍻
